Gym Glow-Up: Fresh Space, Fresh Start!

After 54 years, the behavioral health gym at Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital (PKH) received a much-needed makeover. At the refreshed facility, adult and youth behavioral health patients will have additional opportunities to engage in the healing process through physical exercise and activities.

“Seeing this project come to fruition, funded entirely through philanthropic efforts, is an excellent example of how we can work together to dedicate donor funds to help heal those who need it most," said Rick Scott, president of Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation.

We are excited and honored to see the newly renovated gym at Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital open. This space, created for children and adult behavioral health patients, will play a large role in aiding recovery processes through physical and mental health connection and expression.

This project would not have been possible without the generous gifts provided by Spirit Halloween and the estate of Mary Helen Allburt. Thank you to everyone involved that helped bring this amazing initiative to fruition.
